CNC Machine shop seeking a CNC Mill Programmer. Individual will be responsible for:
-Programming prototype and/or production parts with MasterCAM 2021.
-Program 3, 4 & 5-axis milling machines (Mori Seiki and Okuma)
-Work with Engineering to determine manufacturing plan/operations.
-Work with setup machinists for troubleshooting or improvements.
-Create fixtures for production and prototype runs
-Review and modify current production programs for process improvements
-Support setup as needed (familiar with Mori Seiki, Okuma, Fanuc controls)
-Troubleshoot production issues & review production cycle times for improvement
-Work with QC for inspection planning and/or part model review
-Work with Estimating to review new jobs and provide estimated machine times.
-Adhere to ISO9001/AS9100 standards and practices.

Salary: $30-40/hr, depending on experience
