Whale Spa Inc (Huntington Beach) is looking for Full-time Technical Support/ Customer Service for our products (Spa chairs/ massages…).

Your responsibilities:

-Providing service requests on and off site (willingness to travel out of the office to service for customers locally)

Promote positive, proactive interactions that provide a high-quality, Whale Spa Inc experience.

-Maintain inventory of parts and appliances; conduct general maintenance and maintain the orderliness of facilities

-Fulfill customer service requests & preventative maintenance work -Understanding detailed operations on Whale Spa’s products

Qualifications:

-Bilingual preferred (English/ Vietnamese) Autonomous -A maintenance detail-oriented problem solver

-Skilled in general maintenance -Must be able to lift 50 to 70lbs with assistance.
